What the platform collects

Your provider identity, verified contact email, profile details, education, experience, skills, optional PDF resume, applications and assessment responses. Please avoid adding government identifiers, financial account details or unrelated sensitive information.

How information is used

Information supports recruitment, application management, assessment administration and human review. Future talent-pool consideration is a separate optional preference. Assessment scores are not a validated prediction of job performance and do not automatically make hiring decisions.

Your choices

Signed-in candidates can edit and export their profile, withdraw an application or recruitment consent, and request access or deletion. Deletion requests require HR review and a confirmed retention and backup policy.

Before public launch

Attron must approve a retention period, privacy contact, processor disclosures, request fulfilment procedure and final notice. This draft does not assert legal compliance.
